hotel has one of the largest ballrooms in Northern, Virginia. All the shops, dining and more are just steps away in the Reston Town Center (guide) All Ballrooms, workshop spaces and vendors are on the 2nd floor. Event registration will be in the ground level lobby.

Hyatt Regency is completely SOLD OUT! Room pickup has been phenomenal. We've blocked and sold every room they could make available for us. Over 1100 nights were booked before the first ticket was sold and more than 1300 in total so far. It's fantastic news for the party! It’s not so good if you still need a room. Here's what to do.

The group rate is available until 2.15.12. After then the cost is based on availability. Don't wait to make your reservation. A limited number of rooms have been blocked for MADjam at the $99 rate and they will all sell out. You can make a risk free reservation and cancel up to 24hrs in advance. The rate is good Wednesday February 29th - Monday March 5th.

This is a perfect venue to comfortably host large numbers of Swing Dancers coming from every direction. It's easy to find, parking is free and fly in guests will appreciate the quick trip via a free airport shuttle. Just outside are many restaurant choices and dozens of other shops. Inside dancers will love the decorated ballrooms all on the same level adjacent to one another.
